Many Salsa2U™ recipes are based upon a recipe provided by the salsa manufacturer. However, we frequently modify these recipes in the Salsa2U test kitchen based upon the response of our taste panel.


DIRECTIONS:
• 4 Pieces Sea Bass
• 1 Cup Crushed white corn tortilla chips*
• 1 Cup Shooting Star Chipotle Salsa

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place salsa in baking pan, just large enough to hold the pieces of sea bass. Place tortilla chips in plastic bag and finely crush with rolling pin or jar of salsa. Place the tortilla crumbs on a plate or in a bowl. Rinse the sea bass lightly in water and roll in the tortilla chips. Place each piece of fish in baking pan on top of salsa. There should be some space between the pieces. Bake for 10 min per inch of filet or until done - fish flakes easily with a fork. Place individual servings on plate and spoon salsa in bottom of pan next to sea bass. Serve with extra salsa on side. [Serves 4]
