DIRECTIONS: • 1-1/2 lbs Tri tip or sirloin, cut into 4-6 pieces • 1 Jar Texas Wild Salsa (Habanero or Picante) Sear meat in lightly oiled skillet about 3 minutes per side, until brown. Place browned meat into crock pot (slow cooker) and add jar of Texas WIld Salsa. Cook at 300 degrees for 5-6 hours, until meat is tender. Portion meat for individual servings.
