DIRECTIONS: • Several whole pickled jalapeno peppers. • 3/4 Cup sour cream or soft cream cheese • 1/4 Cup grated Monterey Jack cheese • 1/4 Cup CaBoom! Picante Sauce Split jalapenos lengthwise, remove seeds and ribs. Mix other ingredients in a bowl, blend well. Spread mixture into the jalapeno halves and serve well chilled.
