Try This Recipe With CaBoom! Salsa

Many Salsa2U™ recipes are based upon a recipe provided by the salsa manufacturer. However, we frequently modify these recipes in the Salsa2U test kitchen based upon the response of our taste panel.

DIRECTIONS:
• Several whole pickled jalapeno peppers.
• 3/4 Cup sour cream or soft cream cheese
• 1/4 Cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
• 1/4 Cup CaBoom! Picante Sauce

Split jalapenos lengthwise, remove seeds and ribs. Mix other ingredients in a bowl, blend well. Spread mixture into the jalapeno halves and serve well chilled.
