DIRECTIONS: • 2 C Pueblo Chile Homestyle Salsa • 2 C tomato juice • 1/2 C bell pepper, chopped • 21/2 tsps red wine vinegar • 1/2 C celery, chopped • 2 tsps parsley, chopped • 1/4 C onion, chopped • 2 tsps olive oil • 1/2 C cucumber, chopped • 1 tsp salt • 1 C can tomatoes, chopped • 1/4 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp chives, minced • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire • 1 clove garlic Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours. Serves 4-6.
