• 4 Chicken breasts, boneless • 2 T. Corn oil • 2 T. Lime juice • 1 T. Honey • 1 1/2 Cup Finely crushed Salsa2U Chips • 1 1/4 Cup Killer Original Salsa • 1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded • Cilantro, lime wedges Mix corn oil, lime juice, and honey. Roll and press chicken in crushed tortilla chips. Arrange chicken in greased 9 inch baking dish. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with cheese and salsa and return to oven for 10 minutes. Remove, garnish with cilantro, then squeeze lime juice over and serve. © 1997-2004, Salsa2U.com |
