DIRECTIONS: • 1/2 Bell pepper, chopped • 1/2 Small onion, chopped • 6-8 Mushrooms, slices • 1 Cup Prepared pasta sauce (Prego) • 1 Cup Southern Heat Salsa • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan cheese • 1 Pkg. Fresh fettucine (enough for 4 people) Spray a little cooking oil in the bottom of a large skillet. Saute bell pepper and onion until tender. Add mushrooms, pasta sauce and Southern Heat Salsa. Simmer over medium/low heat until hot. Cook fettucine according to package directions. When fettucine is done, place one serving of fettucine on each plate. Top with sauce and Parmesan cheese.
