Try This Recipe With Sting 'N' Linger Black Bean Salsa

Many Salsa2U™ recipes are based upon a recipe provided by the salsa manufacturer. However, we frequently modify these recipes in the Salsa2U test kitchen based upon the response of our taste panel.

DIRECTIONS:
• 2- 8oz swordfish steaks
• 1- fresh lemon
• 1- fresh lime
• 1- Tsp Cumin
• 1- Tsp Chile Powder, or TacoProper Southwest Seasoning
• 1/2 Cup- Fresh, chopped cilantro
• 2- Tbls Olive Oil
• 1- Cup Sting 'N' Linger Black Bean Salsa<

Squeeze fresh lemon and lime and remove all seeds from juice. Place juice in small bowl. Mix in spices: Cumin, Chile powder, cilantro, olive oil and mix well. Pour mixture into zip-lock bag large enough to hold both swordfish steaks. Remove all air from bag and seal bag. Move fish around so that it gets thoroughly covered in marinade. Place in refrigerator for at least one hour (don't over marinade). Remove fish from bag. Grill fish or broil approximately 5-7 minutes for each inch of thickness. Remove fish and place on serving plates. Spoon salsa over top of or under swordfish. Serve with bowl of salsa on side. Round out the meal with grilled vegetables and your favorite salad. Great recipe for entertaining.
