DIRECTIONS: • 6 Tbs- olive oil • 1 1/2 lbs- shrimp- peeled & deviened • 2 Tbs- minced garlic • 4 cups-Sliced mushrooms • 1 6 1/2 oz can- sliced black olives • 1 12 oz jar- Salsa Fresca • 1/2 lb.- linguine, or your favorite pasta (fresh is nice!) • 1 Tbs- salt • 1/2 cup- grated Parmesan cheese Heat oil, add garlic, shrimp, mushrooms and olives, lightly saute, then add salsa and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Bring large pot of water to boil, add pasta and salt, cook until done and drain. Toss pasta with sauce and serve with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
