This is another tomato-based salsa made by a Nevada local who was a food service manager in the San Francisco Bay Area. Fran made fresh salsa for her breakfast customers to put on their burritos and potatoes and eggs. Her customer called it "Killer Salsa" and the rest is history. This is a thick, rich tomato-based salsa with a medium heat level and the perfect garlic flavor. Great to dip with or to use as a condiment on burgers, potatoes, hot dogs- you name it! |
